The project
A 2-week 3D project made during my License using Unreal Engine 4. and focusing on level design and the use of the engine's tools.
The goal for me was to improve my knowledge of UE4 and to particularily work on the overall ambiance of the level and the way to handle the player's attention.
Level Designer
The game consists in a standalone level in a Tomb Raider-like setting, where you enter a temple full of traps and puzzles. Each part of the level asks the player to observe carefully the environment to find out clues and answers to each obstacle.
This is done by using lights, sounds, colors and other elements to guide the player smoothly without breaking their immersion.
